Once you've arrived, you'll need to head over to our reception area which is on the right side of the building (as shown on the map above). You'll find a buzzer - once you've pressed it and given your name, one of our friendly members of staff will let you in and take you to where you need to be!
If you are visiting our factory, you will need to provide us with your shoe size, jacket size before your visit in order for us to ensure we have suitable personal protective equipment ready and waiting for you.

Once you pass Travis Perkins and the two billboards to your left, take a left and you will arrive at the entrance barrier. If you wish to park in this car park, you will need to provide your registration details before your visit for us to input into our barrier system. We have 6 electric vehicle charging points in our car park. If you require use of one of these, please let us know prior to your visit.
If you're just visiting our office area, there's nothing to bring but yourself. All we ask is that if you have had sickness/diarrhoea within 48 hours of your visit, you rearrange. However, there are a few regulations that we ask all visitors of our factory to follow:
-Jewellery is not permitted, except for a plain wedding band or medicinal alert jewellery. Wrist strap devices such as fitbits and Apple watches are also not permitted. If a piece of medicinal alert jewellery is required, please make this known to the member of staff that you are with.
-Studs in exposed parts of the body (nose, ears, eyebrows) must be removed before entry into the production area. -Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and unvarnished. False nails and nail art is not permitted. -Heavy makeup should be removed before entry, and false lashes/eyelash extensions are not permitted.
