Cured in a traditional brine recipe, this long-established sliced ham has definitely stood the test of time. The recipe belongs to the Harris family who lived in Wiltshire in the 18^th century and has been an English delicacy ever since.

Our classic ham recipe has been developed over many years and is made using our top-secret curing methods. Here at Kings, our methods are steeped in tradition and are always improving to keep up with new techniques and technologies in the industry.

Our premium turkey can be thinly sliced or delivered in full/half joints depending on the customer’s request. Available all year round, our turkey is perfect for sandwiches, paninis, and salads.

With options of Red Tractor, silverside, peppered pastrami, and topside, our range of beef products is certain to cater to all of our customers. We make sure to use only use the highest quality full muscle joints, meaning we can manufacture beef products to our famous Kings’ standard.

As well as offering our products in full/half joints and sliced, we also can provide a wide range of our expertly cooked meats in pulled/shredded form. Our shredded pork, ham, beef, and turkey are perfect for pie fillings, soups, and sandwich fillers.
